Bulb planting day

So much of gardening is about looking to the future. Planting today, something that will flower and bloom next season or next year.

In recent years, Ezra has fully embraced the joy of bulbs in spring and fills the beds with impressive collections of narcissi and tulips. And so, bulb planting has become something of a ritual here at SS&S HQ.

With a generous pile of steaming mulch to hand, the team get busy. Planting bulbs today, in late autumn, in anticipation of some rich and colourful displays in spring.
